Together, we refine the design and colour selections to ensure the final plan reflects your needs.
3. Lock It In
Before the build begins, we’ll confirm:
Final drawings and layout
Finishes selected
Sales & Purchase agreement signed
⅓ deposit received
4. Watch It Come to Life
We’ll share regular updates and progress photos. If you’re local, you’re welcome to visit the site and see your home being built in real-time.
5. Delivery & Placement
We help coordinate transport with one of our trusted towing partners. On delivery day, we’ll be there to ensure your home is properly landed, levelled, and secured.

What are your payment terms?
We offer a staged payment plan:
- ⅓ deposit at contract signing
- ⅓ once the home is watertight
- ⅓ upon completion
How are your homes transported?
We connect you with reliable transport specialists and help coordinate the best solution for your site. Final delivery is arranged directly with the transport company for insurance purposes.
Do you help with site placement?
Yes! Unlike many companies, we offer placement, levelling, and stack bond foundations so your home is fully functional from day one.
How do I connect to services?
Our homes come with:
240v 15amp caravan power connector
20mm water inlet
Macerator pump for greywater with 25mm outlet
Gas connectors compatible with 45kg or 9kg bottles
Do I need council consent?
Nope! Our homes are built to be placed like a caravan or camper — no consent required.
How long does the build take?
We aim for a 12-week turnaround from when all finishes are selected and your deposit is received.
